For Labour services, we work on service charge basis and it will be applicable on gross wages. If the man power count exceeds 50 persons, we assure a full time supervisor in your premises. We provide hard working, disciplined and punctual manpower. We assure that the absenteeism will be monitored strictly and legal statutory will be observed closely.
In the Housekeeping Services, we survey the entire premises. On the basis of survey done by us, we suggest the manpower required to carry out the work in all shifts. We prepare a schedule of the housekeeping activities with the company’s responsible person & the same will be monitored by our supervisor. We carry out housekeeping activities in following two categories.
- On only Labour charges basis,(material is in company’s scope of supply)
- On Labour charges basis with material.
We Monitor Following Rules & Regulations
- Wages payable to the workmen shall be decided by mutual discussion from time to time.
- We shall maintain Minimum wages record, leave with wages records and other statutory records. Required under Minimum Wages Act and Factory Act.
- We shall cover all employees under ESIC scheme, Provident Fund and maintain all statutory. Records required under the said acts.
- We shall obtain license under contract Labour (CLRA) Act for your factory, if the proposed employment. Exceeds 20.
- All other statutory records shall be maintained by us required under various Labour acts.
- We shall employee a supervisor at our cost to ensure that proper services.
- We shall submit our bills on the 1st day of every month which shall be payable by 4th day of the month. So as to enabling us disburse the payment by 7th of every month.
